Rozana Grinberg has been a valued team member at Restore Movement since 2009. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Tel Aviv University in Israel in 2002, followed by a role at a rehabilitation center where she gained experience in treating neurological and orthopedic conditions. In 2005, Rozana furthered her expertise with a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Melbourne University. Additionally, she is a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor, teaching both individuals and groups.
Rozana has a deep interest in general health and well-being as well as being a skilled hands-on practitioner. This is highlighted in her holistic approach to health where she believes in a strong mind-body connection. She believes that a positive outlook combined with spinal mobility and exercise are the foundations of a healthy body, and she integrates her Pilates knowledge to help clients achieve pain-free, efficient movement. With Rozana, you will learn how core strength, spinal mobility and Clinical Pilates can help you achieve better outcomes in life.
As a mother of three, she brings a personal passion to helping women through pregnancy, postnatal care. Beyond her professional life, Rozana is a nature lover who enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with her family. Her bright personality and passion for life make her not only a skilled practitioner but also a positive presence in the clinic.
