Sophie Tickler has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from Melbourne University. After qualifying in 2000, she has practiced in a variety of settings and countries, including Australia, United Kingdom and Ireland which includes her work with the British Military over several years. Sophie works at our Ashwood clinic as well as our satellite clinic at Honeycomb Health.
Sophie joined Restore Movement in 2008 and enjoys working with patients with acute conditions and specializes with those requiring rehabilitation. Her goal is to help every patient restore normal movement patterns which are stable, efficient and controlled. Sophie conducts Pilates classes and one on one Pilates sessions.
Sophie has 2 children and an active border collie to keep her busy when not at work and her husband is a physiotherapist/hand therapist.
