STEVE SANDOR SPEAKS TO GPS
On November 18th Steve Sandor, Sports Physiotherapist, spoke to 60 GPs at the Novotel Hotel on the topic of Shoulder pain. He was part of a panel that included Mr. Douglas Li, Orthopaedic Surgeon and Dr Ron Dorey MIA Radiologist. The Presentation was organized by MIA radiology and covered the areas of dislocation, rotator cuff tears and SLAP lesions.

Last week champion golfer Greg Norman proudly announced that he likes to do handy man work around his property. The next day he nearly lost his hand doing some chainsaw work.
EVEN PHYSIOS GET HURT!
At the World Cup in Brazil, England’s Physiotherapist dislocated his ankle. Not by playing or going for a run but by landing on a water bottle when celebrating England’s first goal. Perhaps he jumped too high, or maybe the bottle was still quite full, but it raises the point of being aware of what is around you.
